Mascoma Community Health Center
This is a single-story, 13,280 square foot facility completed in 2017. For this project, Mattei Construction was contracted to frame, side, and build the front entrance posts. The center contains an entrance area, waiting room, several exam rooms, offices, a pharmacy, a laboratory, and nurse triage. Cardigan Mountain School – McCusker Dormitory
Construction of a new dormitory for Cardigan Mountain School was completed in 2016. Mattei Construction was contracted to side the building.The 14,000 square foot wood-framed, two-story dormitory houses 26 students in 12 double and 2 single rooms, along with 4 faculty apartments. The construction includes a high level of finishes and building amenities that were important to the school. A blower door test conducted at the new dormitory scored an impressive 0.14 CFM50/sf whole building leakage rate, which is considered to be a tight building envelope by design standards.
Transportation Terminal, Dartmouth Coach
This is a new, 6,000 square foot, two-story bus terminal for Dartmouth Coach in Lebanon, New Hampshire, is a steel and wood-framed terminal, with a high performance building envelope designed to significantly reduce energy use for heating and cooling. It includes offices on the second floor and a clear story over the waiting room with post and beam trusses. Mattei Construction was contracted to build the frame for this structure. This new facility provides expanded parking and service options to Dartmouth Coach passengers.
